Process time for orders, 1-2 business days.

For US residents, 2-4 business days for shipping, this excludes weekends and/or holidays. We use USPS to ship domestically. 

For International residents, 5-10 business days, this excludes weekends and/or holidays. We use UPS or DHL to ship internationally.


Please note that the purchaser is responsible for inputting the correct shipping address.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered, Secret Nail Affair is not responsible for returned packages. If by any reason the shipment is returned, (the shipping address is incorrect, the carrier is unable to locate the recipient, etc.); we will contact you by email to re-confirm the shipping address. The purchaser will be charged for shipping the package to its proper destination (even if the order originally warranted free or reduced shipping). Or, if the purchaser prefers, Secret Nail Affair can issue a refund for that purchase, minus the initial cost of our shipping and a 25% restocking fee.

*If your address cannot be verified by the shipping system, we cannot process your order and you will be issued a full refund.

If you still have not received your package after 1-2 business days from date of delivery, please contact USPS to report a lost package and open a case and obtain a case number. From there, they will launch an investigation to locate your package with the courier. We are not responsible for any damaged products, lost packages, or missing items that occur during transit. There is no refund for shipping fees. 

Please contact your local USPS for further information regarding missing or lost packages. Once your order has shipped, we have no control over it. 


Secret Nail Affair cannot be held responsible for delays in shipment. We can submit claims with the courier to try and get your package moving but will not issue refunds due to delays. If there are no updates on the tracking of your order see below for information about lost packages.  


Secret Nail Affair is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Take Pictures as you may need them for a claim.


Lost and Stolen Packages: 

Secret Nail Affair is not liable for any lost or stolen packages under any circumstances. If a package is lost or stolen the following steps are required. 

Call the Carrier and get specific details regarding your delivery. 

Be sure to check around your home and around mailbox.

Inquire your Neighbors.  

Inform us so that we can provide you the information to submit a lost/stolen package claim. 


International Shipping Policy

We do offer international shipping on all products besides our Elite Pro Monomer.

International orders typically arrive within 5-10 Business days.

We use UPS to handle our international shipments.

An important note about international shipments: 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Secret Nail Affair does not collect duties and taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. For more information regarding your country's customs policies, please contact your local customs office. These charges are out of Secret Nail Affair's control and we cannot be held responsible for them. 

If you refuse delivery of your order it make take several months for us to receive the package. This is out of our control and we will not provide a refund until the package is received in our returns center. Shipping charges will never be refunded under any circumstance and we do have a 25% restocking fee on all returned product.
